Background
HealthEMe is a mental healthcare product that supports individuals in navigating a personalized care journey, while staying connected to their care providers and support network. Designed as an end-to-end platform for mental health needs, HealthEMe underwent a strategic shift in its target audience. To reflect this evolution, the product required refreshed branding and a web platform to communicate its vision and deliver its services effectively.
Originally targeting teenagers, HealthEMe aimed to broaden its user base to include individuals across all age groups, with enhanced clinical integration. The branding had to be reimagined to resonate with a wider demographic—this included updates to the color palette, logo design, website aesthetics, and social media presence.
