Early Psychosis Intervention Ontario Network: EPION

Background

EPION (Early Psychosis Intervention Ontario Network) is a non-profit organization operating across Ontario, Canada. It is a province-wide network focused on early intervention for individuals experiencing psychosis. EPION engaged us to develop a comprehensive branding strategy, design their annual report in both French and English, and conduct a full website audit and redesign. A key objective was to ensure the website conveyed a warm, welcoming experience for all users, reflecting EPION’s core values.

Approach

Our process began with a community engagement initiative, including focus groups and surveys, to gather insights from key stakeholders. We conducted a creative evaluation of the Help4Psychosis and Cannabis platforms, as well as a backend assessment of Help4Psychosis and MyCannabisIQ. These steps allowed us to identify opportunities to improve usability, accessibility, and overall user experience.

Brochure Design

I designed EPION’s annual report in both English and French. Due to differences in text length between the two languages, the layout was carefully adapted to ensure visual consistency and readability across both versions.
