We restructured the content and information architecture (IA) to prioritize popular topics by placing them at Level 1 or linking them directly from the homepage. Content was rewritten in user-friendly language to help users quickly find the information they need. As a government website, all wording and writing styles were carefully tailored to comply with official guidelines and standards.
